Our team began with founder Tim Goodwin- who pushes limits, raises bars, and has a talent for fine design. Two decades of building unique log homes and a successful vacation rental management business has led Tim to his most exciting and monumental venture yet- introducing modern architecture to the Smokies.

Tim is as frequently buried in his laptop designing the next 3D model as he is hacking through overgrowth to identify lot lines for his next project. Back and forth between Atlanta and Bryson City, with an occasional side trip to Mexico or other exciting destination, is plenty to keep him busy. Somehow he always finds time for a craft beer at one of the local breweries, and will always welcome a friendly face to join him. He just might buy the first round.
